    I’ve been a very light sleeper for years, The slightest noise could wake me up and leave me wide awake for hours. It’s really frustrating and I’m trying to find natural ways to deal with this.

    Someone recently mentioned that yoga could be a good way to relax the body and get better sleep. Has anybody tried this, and if so, did it work for you?

    Hello Anthony,

     

    I think all forms of exercise has its benefits. Yoga also supports good breathing techniques too.  Another way to unwind or slow down your mind is to do a daily reflection. A brain dump of all your thoughts, as this can keep your mind ticking when you want to rest.
