On my search for self-love, I’ve realised that so many women and men, sabotage their happiness with negative thoughts about their body. You can’t love yourself if you’re constantly comparing your body to the photo shopped images in magazines or filtered Instagram shots.
But I also know that if you’re unhappy with your body, you won’t feel happy in your mind.
I want to help you reframe the way you think about your body and help you put the right things in your body to boost your happiness. Which is why I am training to be a nutritionist. A happy body is a healthy body, not a skinny one.
